1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing qta777.net, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any amendments published after your initial registration.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qta777 platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qta777. If you are accessing qta777 on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money activity on qta777. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC verification is truthful and accurate.

4.2 One Account Policy

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Conditions

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

qta777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manufacture qualifying bets. Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers will have their Bonus Balance voided and may face Account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used or for which wagering requirements have not been completed within the validity period specified on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on qta777 — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, bet size, account status, or any other variable within player control.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game outcome, qta777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. 7.3 Disconnection Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qta777 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or service on qta777.
2. Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in a game or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or poker.
4. Attempting to launder money or use qta777 to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
5. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
6. Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
7. Registering an Account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your Account.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward qta777 staff or other players.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any software or content owned by qta777.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qta777 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of qta777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of qta777.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

qta777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in this clause shall limit qta777's liability for death or personal injury caused by qta777's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

qta777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qta777 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page and sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and qta777, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or bonus settlements, qta777's decision — after internal review — is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under PAGCOR's player dispute resolution framework.
